The house is huge and is a licensed, 6-person (3/3 or 4/2) house share. Prospective tenants will need to meet me for an initial viewing then return for an evening ‘cup of tea’ (or via Zoom etc) with the tenants. I always seek current tenants’ approval before offering a room to a newcomer.
