We’ve got one part-furnished double bedroom available in our large 4 bed house share in Chorlton. It's just round the corner from Beech Road, an amazing location for shops, bars, great pubs and a little park. It’s a 7 min walk to Chorlton tram stop for quick commutes to town.
You’ll be sharing with 3 others, and sometimes a dog. We’re all friendly (LGBTQ+ friendly), clean and tidy, laid back and easy going professionals looking for a similar housemate. We enjoy hanging out some evenings and also going out together for drinks and dinner when we can, but have our own lives outside of the house and will respect your own time and space.
We're looking for a female in their late 20's to 30's only. Just to ensure we have similar lifestyles and interests. We enjoy drinks out and socialising, but we're not a party house. Please keep this in mind when contacting us.
The room is £360 pcm and bills are about £100-120 pcm in addition to rent, depending on the time o year. The room comes with the wardrobe, but nothing else.
