The smaller room is upstairs and looks out over the back garden.
It's a nice quiet street and pretty quiet house too. Everyone is a full-time professional who work roughly 9-5 Mon - Fri and are looking for something similar in potential housemate.
The house has a good sized kitchen, bathroom and living room. It's all very nice and the two people leaving have been there 7 years and 10 years and will be sad to leave.
