The action in Chorlton centre and Metrolink Firswood stop (to city centre and Media City) is also an easy walk away.
The room is a light and spacious ground floor double room with double bed, plenty of storage and tv aerial point.
The house is well maintained and is kept clean and tidy with a regular cleaner. All bills are included (cleaner, broadband, council tax, electric, gas, water and TV license - worth £90pcm/tenant). This leaves nothing else to pay. The other tenants are friendly, respectful, tidy professionals.
