Mon-Fri let in spacious house

Hi there,

I’m looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my house to a Mon-Fri let. I work as a teaching assistant at a local school and keep myself busy most evenings with exercise or family.

The bedroom is downstairs and has a en-suite as well as plenty of wardrobe space. To share, there is a large kitchen, 2 lounges and a dining room. There is also a large driveway to share.

Transport links are excellent:
- Firswood tram stop is 0.2 miles away (4 min walk)
- Old Trafford tram stop is 0.6 miles away (11 min walk)
- Various buses that go to the town centre including no 15, 85 and 86.
