Hi.

Looking for a flatmate/lodger in a central Chorlton, 2 bed flat (PT/M-F or FT).

Chorlton and transport links:
In case you're unfamiliar with Chorlton, it's a popular suburb known for its independent shops, bars, eateries, and good transport links. The flat is a 2 min walk from both the local supermarket and Chorlton tram stop (zone 2).

Via tram, it's about 10/15 mins to Manchester City Centre (zone 1), 20/25 mins to Media City (zone 2), and 40 mins to Manchester Airport (zone 4). If you drive there's a car park attached and an allocated off-road parking space, free for your use.

The flat:
The flat has a cosy open-plan style living/dining area; kitchen with dishwasher, own cupboard and fridge space and use of all utensils etc; separate utility/laundry area inc. dryer; bathroom with bath, decent electric shower and own toiletry storage space. (No en-suite but should you have a preferred bathroom time for morning/evening routine, as some do, that's fine 🙂).

The spare room:
The spare room is fully furnished with: double bed with under storage-space, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk, lamps, kettle, DAB radio, Smart TV, Netflix, Prime, fast WiFi. (Can also include PC and printer in room if required).

Would suit:
Would suit someone looking for a nice area and homely place to live in, whilst working or studying in Manchester. 

Ideally we're looking for a PT/weekday (M-F) flatmate/lodger; though also open to FT (M-S) with someone we'd be compatible flatmates with and get along with well 🙂.

Open to short/medium/long term.

Bills / rent:
Netflix, Prime, fast WiFi and *all* bills included in rent.

Rent stated (£100pw) is for M-F.
For FT (M-S) rent negotiable depending on your needs/usage.
