Home in the heart of Chorlton

I'm looking at availability for someone to rent a room in my home in the heart of Chorlton. It's a 3 bed but I want to have one room as a study/spare room.

I'm quite houseproud so clean and tidy is a must. I'm a mature(ish) student coming into my final year so quiet and considerate is pretty important because I'll be needing to study a lot. I've been here almost 4 years and it's been great, particularly in Summer - with the location, garden and local community.

The house has got all the things you could need e. g. Cooking and baking stuff, Netflix, Sky, Prime, Bt Sport, PS4, excessively large TV, an outdoor workshop, bike shed, outdoor BBQ, vegetable boxes, etc.

The rooms are medium sized, newly decorated but haven't decided which one to rent out yet.
