A Double bedroom available in a spacious shared house with a big living room, in Chorlton.
Looking for someone to move in ASAP.

We are two friends who share responsibilities equally. We are looking for someone who is social, tidy, down to earth and likes to have fun! Whether that be going to open mic nights, live drawing, BBQs at the allotment or going for a bike ride!
The Flat is really well taken care of and has recently gone through renovations . It has a very big communal garden at the back and a parking area at the front. The living room is spacious and great for hosting!

3 month probationary period as this is the first time we will be sharing the flat with someone new :D
