I am looking for someone to take my double room in a friendly, social house share in Chorlton. Room available now.
The house is close to Font and Mary and Archies, 10 min walk to Morrison’s/chorlton tram stop and a 5 min walk to Firswood tram stop.
Currently there is one couple and 2 individuals. 2 work in TV, 1 a photographer the other works in furniture making. We all like to chill in the garden with a bbq or watch films and the football when it’s on.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and a desk. The room is spacious (enough space to do a home workout) and faces the back of the house.
There is a spacious shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and we have a garden also!
The rent is £270pcm plus bills come to around £60 a month.
