Double Room in Friendly Chorlton Houseshare

One of our housemates will shortly be moving out so we're looking for someone new to join our six-bed home in central Chorlton.

The room is available from the end of April.

About us; we are Kieran, Danny, Denice, Billy and Beatrice. Kieran is a musician who dabbles in hospitality, Danny works for a youth charity, Denice also works in hospitality, Billy works for the council and Beatrice is a mental health practitioner.

We're a friendly bunch and a communal household. As individuals you'll find food lovers, readers, walkers, gardeners, climbers and musicians.

The house has six double bedrooms, and the available room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers as standard.

We live very close to lots of bars, restaurants and have a Morrisons right over the road. The city centre is around a 10 minute tram ride away and we also have lots of bus stops near by, so consider your public transport needs covered !

We have a massive kitchen with dining area, garden, two bathrooms, a basement (for storage) and a big, bright living room. The house is well equipped and we're pretty house proud so someone that doesn't mind chipping in with the chores once in a while would be most welcome!

Additional bills (gas/electric/virgin internet) come to an average of £40-50pcm in summer/60-70 in the winter months.
