Double beedrom in our Chorlton flatshare

Hi, All!

One of our current flatmates is moving away in July, so we're looking for someone to move into our lovely home on the 1st of August.

Practical details:

• A decent-size double bedroom on the top floor with a skylight window. Comes equipped with bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, shoerack and a desk. The room faces the quiet side of the house, away from the main road

• Two bathrooms and an extra loo between the 4 of us

• A reasonably sized kitchen with all the pots, pans, oven, fridge and storage you'd expect from a kitchen

• A good sized living room with a couple of couches and a dining table

• There is also a roof terrace which is great for sunbathing in the summer or growing a few plant pots

We are above a really rather good kebab shop, and a dessert shop. And, for those of you who own a car, off street parking at the back has never been an issue.

Oh, also: all bills are included in the rent, except for the internet which will cost you around £10 a month and is paid to existing flatmate Cameron.

The flat isn't the most modern, so we're looking for someone who is able to pitch in with the cleaning and not leave their washing up to fester for days! But we like it here, because it doesn't feel too cramped or like we're living on top of each other.

We're looking for someone respectful of the somewhat quiet atmosphere we have here, tidy and settled enough in their lives that they don't come crashing in at late hours! We're a non-smoking house, so if you're an indoor smoker this house won't be a good fit for you.
