The room can be made available by the 20th of November at the earliest. You'll be sharing with 2 lovely housemates. This is a really relaxed and friendly house, but also respectful and quiet, so you won't be disturbed.
Please be aware that the landlord will require work references from your employer. A deposit is required and this will be put in a deposit protection scheme.
