New Build house - all bills included!

I have just bought, and moved into a new build property which is only a 5 min walk away from the centre of Chorlton, and next to many transport links.

Slight disclaimer, I'm still waiting on many furnishing, rugs and fitted blinds and art to be installed so the provided pictures are just to give a general idea (better pictures to follow)

I'm looking to rent out one or two rooms, of this 4 bed property (currently using the other bedroom as an office) - each of the rooms are a very good size, and all bedrooms come with locks on the door and can be further furnished if required.

The house has 3 bathrooms (one of those is just a downstairs toilet but main bathroom is in a full wet-room style with a large shower, bath and toilet. The top floor bathroom just has a shower and toilet),

Has an open plan lounge and kitchen with a double door between then which can be shut if people want to do there own thing. (there's both a TV in the lounge, and cinema setup in the kitchen (a projector onto blackout blinds across the bifold doors)

The entire house is wired with cat 8.1 Ethernet, however I'm still waiting on the internet upgrade to be 300mb fibre, later this month.

Has a large drive which should fit 4 cars no problem, and I've been talking with next door about putting an automatic electric gate over the drive when I have a bit more money.

Big garden however waiting on the grass to be put down hence the pile of dirt in the photos.... lots of outdoor furniture planned and will be an amazing outdoor space when everything is up and running, my mum works at a garden centre so will be getting some help with this to make it look amazing.

final note, as mentioned there's still a bit to do on the house, but as its a new build there is a builders guarantee so everything will be addressed.
All my money will be going back into the house, to make it more into a home so this is just the start :)

- I could also be open to renting both bedrooms to a single person if they need an office but this would obviously be more.
