Room available (female preferred)

One of our housemates will be leaving 4th March and we are looking for a new housemate to take their place.

The room is small but has a comfy double bed, wardrobe, and slim chest of drawers.

We live in a 4 bed house on a quiet street. The house also features a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and large garden.

Rent is £390 per month plus bills. (First rent payment is double to include deposit) Rent includes water, council tax, and twice a month gardeners. The remaining bills come to around £60-80 per month, this covers energy and broadband.

The radiators were updated less than a year ago and the heating is very effective.
The hallway/landing and lounge were also repainted with new flooring.

The house has on street parking, is a 5 minute walk to St. Werburgh's metrolink station, and less than 10 minutes walk to Chorlton bus station, bars, shops and restaurants.

Something about us...
We're all professionals, friendly and sociable. We are all busy with our daily routine then like to come back home to relax. We socialise together sometimes and everyone has friends or partners stay refularly. We're in a great location for getting out and about.
