Double Room in Friendly Chorlton Houseshare

Hello! We're after one new housemate for a cosy room in a large house in Chorlton to move in as soon as possible, as our housemate has moved into a home she has just bought.

The house is situated towards the end of Wilbraham Road and is a 10 minute walk from Chorlton tram stop and the local Morrisons and a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants nearby.

There are currently 3 of us living in the house, we're a friendly bunch, and we're looking for someone who is also easy going. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and it would be great if the person moving in could be the same.

The house itself has plenty of shared communal space, including a large garden, a large kitchen, living room and a dining area. It's particularly great in summer as the outdoor space is a lovely place to relax.

The room is £350 a month in rent, with electricity, water, gas, internet and council tax coming to £150 a month. The deposit is £350.

We are going to be doing viewings soon, as we want someone to move in as soon as possible. So let us know if you want to come and view!
