Large en-suite room available in my lovely two bedroom apartment. The room has a Juliette balcony, double bed, storage units, wardrobe, lamps, mirror and tv included. An en-suite with generous shower, bathroom storage and heated towel rail. There is a shared living room/kitchen space with all amenities available to use including dishwasher and washer dryer. The building has a key fob entry, lift and secure bike storage available if required.

Location…
The flat is conveniently located on Barlow Moor Road, right opposite Chorlton Park. There is a bus stop right outside, Barlow Moor Road tram stop is a 6 minute walk away and Beech Road and Chorlton’s restaurants, bars and independent shops are all within 10 minutes walking distance. Chorlton Water Park is 20 minute walk away and plenty of parks and nature walks nearby. M&S Food Court and Tesco Express are only a 2 minute walk away so you really do have everything you need on your doorstep!

A little bit about me…
I’m Naomi, single, 36 year old female. I work full time in Learning & Development in Manchester City centre. I own the flat and am the only other person living in the property. I have a double room and separate bathroom situated on the opposite side of the apartment so the bedrooms/bathrooms are private spaces. I’m a mature, friendly sociable person who is very clean and tidy and is looking to share my home with someone similar. I can work from home but like to be in the office most days. During the week I keep myself busy with work and activities, cycling and bouldering are some of my hobbies! I enjoy getting out and about at the weekend, in the mountains, out on my bike or visiting family and socialising with friends.

About you…
Someone who enjoys a similar lifestyle, I’d be happy if someone wanted to join me in any of my hobbies if they wished but I would equally respect someone’s privacy if not. I would like to feel I was living with more of a friend so someone who would enjoy a catch up and movie if we were both in on an evening would be great.

Details…
The rent is including all bills: council tax, electricity, water, fibre, netflix, cleaning products and some kitchen essentials.
An additional £50 / month if working from home full time.
No pets sorry, no parking or visitor parking available and non smokers only please.
