Victorian Family Home

Family home, single parent, with son at University and pets. Faded elegance, with all mod cons, shower/bathrooms, washing facilities, adequate kitchen, inside toilets, wood burners, functional double glazing, secure roof, reasonable outdoor space with herbs and other living things, garden study available on request, secure place for bikes, on road parking, appropriately abstinent, smoking outside only, walking distance to all amenities, bus routes and trams. Suit person who travels light, needing place to live, study, work, a home rather than just a bed for the night. Quiet room with (semi-) private shower/wet room. We prefer wild camping to heavy sessions on the town, the moors and mountains, quantum mechanics, and decent food, the occasional rant, dark humour and the quirks of others.

We particularly welcome people from other countries and cultures.

ps. the house is strictly non-smoking. There is ample space outside at the back of the house for those folk who like a smoke. So 'flatmates smoke', but not in the house.
