Double room for rent in Chorlton houseshare

Double room available in friendly houseshare in the centre of Chorlton. The house has two bathrooms, a garden, living room, kitchen and study. We're two girls and a guy, looking for a professional (male preferred, just to keep it even) aged 24 - 34 who is looking for a home rather than just a room to rent.
