Our lovely guest-room

A very spacious, south facing room, fronted by a big bay window. Comes with a standard double bed with orthopaedic mattress and its own dedicated WC with shower cubicle and external window.
Our comfortable and luminous home has 3 bedrooms in total, this double-room on offer and two more upstairs; for myself and my daughters.

All communal spaces are on ground level; the separate kitchen is fully equipped, also with dishwasher. In the living/dinning there is a big smart TV, a cosy leather corner unit and an upright piano.
Externally at the rear, there is a very large garden with patio; offering al fresco sitting & dining with use of BBQ too
Unrestricted on-street parking and EV charger/wallbox on our driveway.

Our cat is a very gentle and sociable 6-y-o tom and we would consider fellow cat owners ;)
