Our lovely guest-room

A very spacious, south facing room, fronted by a big bay window. There is a standard double bed with orthopaedic mattress.
The room has its own dedicated WC with shower cubicle and external window.
Unrestricted on-street parking and EV charger/wallbox on our driveway.

Our comfortable and luminous home has 3 bedrooms , this big double-room on offer and two more upstairs; for myself and my 8-y-o daughter.

All communal spaces are on ground level; the separate kitchen is fully equipped, also with dishwasher. In the living/dinning we have a big smart TV and a cosy leather corner unit:
Externally , there is a very large garden with patio at the rear; offering al fresco dining facilities and use of BBQ

PS> we have a 5-y-o tom cat and we would consider fellow cat owners ;)
