Dog Savvy Cosy Spacious Home in Chorlton!

Hi! 🙂
I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in my lovely home in Chorlton where I have lived for 3 and a half years. The house is within walking distance to Chorlton Water Park & Chorlton Ees for walking, a 5 minute walk from the Barlow Moor Road Metrolink, local shops and a 10 minute walk to Beech Road as well as 15 minute walk to Burton Road Didsbury and is set in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac which has a great sense of community.
The house is currently made up of myself and my 2 furries, Pippa the cat & Cooper who is a Cyprus Rescue dog.
Cooper does struggle adjusting to new people and can be reserved and anxious so I am particularly looking for someone who is dog savvy & happy to navigate and be patient with this.
I work as an Estate Agent working alternate 4 & 5 day weeks from the office.
The house tends to be Zen the majority of time but equally I enjoy being sociable and sharing a binge of a series so it would be nice to find someone with a similar balance!
I like to stay fairly clean & tidy and am looking for someone who would be happy to do the same and someone who is happy to have an input in terms of contributing to household bits & bobs!
The room is a generously sized double room, the house came unfurnished but there is a really good sized double
Wardrobe and I’ve also added a shoe rack, there isn’t currently a bed but could look to contribute a bed frame if needed. The room is very cosy and is a complete sun trap for any evening sun and over looks the garden so is private.
There is also use of a third bedroom for anyone looking for an additional work or creative space.
In terms of moving dates this can be fairly flexible but hoping for someone who is happy to sign a tenancy pre mid October!
