Double room available in a two bedroom flat

Hello there,

I have a spare double bedroom available in a 2-bed flat on High Lane, Chorlton, and it's fully furnished.

The rent include council tax and Internet. Gas, electricity and water bills in the summer is around £30.

As for me, I'm a 34-year-old professional who works full time at a hospital. I'm out most evenings of the week, occasionally I will be at home reading or listening to podcasts.

Now, when it comes to sharing this space, I'm looking for someone who's got that knack for keeping things tidy.
