Room in lovely Chorlton house

Hello!

We live in a lovely house in Chorlton, about 5-10 minute's walk from Barlow Moor Road tram stop. There are 3 bedrooms, a small office (which is shared but usually occupied), a living room, bathroom with a bath, toilet, and a kitchen. There is also a garden out back where we often sit out.

The bedroom is a medium size and unfurnished so you would need to have your own bed, wardrobe etc. Though there is a small walk in wardrobe.

The housemates are myself Cailen (32) and my friend Amy (31). I've worked for numerous years in the charity sector, most recently working for myself. I'm interested in politics, love football, play chess and go to lot of live gigs. I have long covid and so have had to take a break from working and when I'm not doing as well, I'm in the house a bit more. Amy likes going for hikes, playing her guitar, travelling and has recently started trying to make our garden a bit nicer! She works for a humanitarian aid organisation so sometimes gets sent off for short periods too.

I've lived here for the past 3 years and Amy the last year. We both really love the house. It's not the biggest place but very cosy.

We're looking for someone to move in around the 25th November, although can be potentially flexible with a slightly earlier move in. The rent is £360 and we also all put in £150 a month for bills.
