Double bedroom in cosy house with cute dog

I am currently looking for a new housemate as my pal is moving out. The room will be available from the end of Jan 2025. We can be a little flexible on date subject to reference checks. The house is full furnished (by me) other than you'll need furniture for your bedroom.

I have a small 3 year old boston terrier pup called Mona, she is super friendly, quiet and loves a cuddle.

The house is a 5 min walk from Barlow Moor road tram stop,15 min walk to lots of nice places to eat & drink, a 10 min walk to both Chorlton park, Chorlton water park and, a aprox 12 mins on the tram to Manchester city center.

We have a large garden, drive (which you can use as I don't drive), lots of storage including a shed, we're situated in a quite family area and, you would have the larger room. We also have a small room I use for an office space / we use to dry clothes.

I'm looking for someone tidy, happy to hangout with my dog, but also respectful of each others space. I go to a lot of gigs but, like a chilled home life now I'm in my 30's :)
