3 storey friendly townhouse in Chorlton

3 storey modern town house on a quiet suburban estate in Chorlton, 2 min walk from St Werburghs Road tram stop and more importantly 5 mins walk to the pub! 🍻

Currently living here are Natalie & Rachel both of whom work full time (out of the house Monday to Friday). We are looking for another like minded/respectful person to join us in our lovely home.

The room is unfurnished & available 1st Aug.

Although the house is technically unfurnished, we already have all the usual furniture inc white goods. Any new housemate is free to add some of their own bits to make it feel like their home too.

We have plenty of storage space around the house, including a small spare room and a huge garage. The house has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with shower/bath).

Parking available on the driveway, and free on street parking as well.

Our big garden is a real plus, and we do enjoy sitting with a glass of wine together, that is when the sun decides to show it's face in Manchester of course 😎

All we would ask is that you keep the house clean and tidy (you can do what you want in your own room), but we like to keep the public areas clean and free of clutter, and all chip in with cleaning at least once a week.

We are looking for someone (preferably female) who doesn’t work from home to respect everyone’s space, we hope you can understand that.
