Cosy double room available near Chorlton

Hello! My name's Ellen and my housemate (Viola) and I are looking for a third housemate to join us in a three bedroom house.

The available double room is on the ground floor. The room is partially furnished, and comes with a wardrobe and a bedside table (currently not pictured in the ad). The current tennant is planning on leaving their bedframe, however it is TBC if they want to sell it or are happy to just leave it for the next tennant. Unfortunately we cannot provide a mattress, so the new tennant will have to bring one with them.
The house has a south facing yard, a spare room/study and comes with a parking space. We're a 10 minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Barlow Moor Road). There's a couple of Co-op's nearby and we're about a 20 minute walk from Chorlton and West Didsbury.

About us :)

- Viola is a web developer and primarily works from home. She likes anime, manga and video games, and is currently trying to draw, read and write more.

- Ellen is a stage manager and works at a concert hall in Manchester. They have too many unfinished crochet and knitting projects, likes craft beer and watching weird/horror films.

While we like having friends over occasionally, we are not a big party household.

We're looking for someone who is...

- Friendly and sociable
- Respectful of people's boundaries and space.
- Clean and tidy.
- Likes cats (Ellen has a small cat called Kiki, who is quite vocal but friendly).
- LGBTQ or at least LQBTQ friendly.
