I currently live here with my friend who is planning to move out soon so we’d like someone to take over her tenancy.
It’s a single room that we’ve currently converted into a walk-in wardrobe but will be emptied as per your preference.
The common area (living room) has the kitchen attached which is currently my flatmates room but will be converted back to a common space.
The house was initially unfurnished but we have furnished it and is equipped with most of the necessities like washing machine, refrigerator and such.
