I have a room with a balcony available from around the 15th December (though some flexibility may be possible) in a lovely period property on Keppel Road in Chorlton. It is a furnished double and is available on a 12-month contract (this is the minimum tenancy period, there is no maximum).
The house is huge and it is a licensed, 6-person house share. Prospective tenants will need to meet me for an initial viewing, then return for a ‘cup of tea’ with the tenants. I always seek current tenants’ approval before signing a new tenant.
