Double ensuite bedroom near Chorlton

Looking for a woman to replace me in my spacious double en-suite bedroom.(Unfurnished but can sell furniture to tenant if needed). Living with two girls (both 23). Bills are included so £670 a month total and a £570 deposit. We like to keep the place clean and chat and watch TV in the evenings when we’re free, so looking for someone who they can be friends with! We have a balcony, shared garden, parking, and close bus and tram links to city centre. Move-in date is flexible at the start of June :))
