Double room in large, two-floor flat

Hello! I'm Chris, I live with my friend Matt, and we have a room available from 13 May in our large and comfortable flat in the centre of Chorlton, a 2 minute walk from the tram.

It's a run-down but homely and well-furnished second and third-floor apartment with a back rooftop terrace and a front balcony.

There is a large living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen, which we share the use of and responsibility for.

The available double room includes bed and some furniture storage, and is next to the third floor bathroom.

We both work in arts and media, and are stress-free, friendly people looking for the same.
