Temporary Flatmate Wanted for 2 Months

Are you looking for a short-term place to stay in Manchester? I’m going travelling for two months and am seeking a respectful, clean, and friendly person to take my place for 9 weeks.

About the Flat:
- Location: Located in south Manchester in a leafy, housing development with many families around.
- Transport: 6-minute walk to the tram (20 minutes to Deansgate, 30 minutes to the airport)
- Nearby Areas: 20-minute walk to Chorlton town centre and Burton Road in Didsbury
- Amenities: Secure, gated parking, back garden patio, separate living room and kitchen, double bedroom with ample storage. Desk available too if you work from home.

Your Flatmate:
- Sarah, 27: She is an absolute angel and a joy to live with, whether you're looking for a friend to have dinner with (she's a great cook!) or a buddy to go hiking in the Peak District with, Sarah's your gal.
- Working professional at the Christie Cancer Hospital (works usual 9-5pm pattern with one work from home day)
- Interests: Gym, hiking in the Lake District, exploring brunch spots in Manchester.

Perfect for:
- Newcomers to Manchester
- Those starting training at local hospitals (Christie is a 5-minute drive away)
- Anyone needing a short-term base before settling elsewhere

P. S. we're not looking for any party animals (we're a bit too old for that now!)

Requirements:
- Sign an agreement
- Pay a small deposit
- Meet/talk with our landlord
- Meet us or arrange a Zoom call so we can get to know you
- Previous references would be ideal
