Mon-Fri Double en suite in Chorlton

Bright, double room with recently renovated family bathroom for sole use. Looking for someone to share my flat during the work week, can be flexible up to 5 nights, would suit a professional working nearby. Lovely, quiet area with park at the end of the road, 10 min walk to tram stops (Barlow Moor or St Werburgh's), 20ish min walk to Chorlton and West Didsbury.

Room: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, lamp, mirror, blinds & blackout curtains, bedding if needed.

Bathroom (new a year or so ago): Bath with shower attachment, wc, sink, towel rail, mirror, plenty of storage space for toiletries, towels and mats if needed.

Living room: Sofa, recliner, dining table, tv with netflix/prime/nowtv, ps4, bay window brings in lots of light, some house plants on their last legs.

Kitchen: Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, plenty of cupboard space, crockery & cooking equipment if needed.

Other: Either on street parking or sometimes there are spaces in the car park out back, locked bike store, intercom system, double lock for flat, additional keys for building front/back, hoover and cleaning bits. All bills included: council tax, energy, tv licence, broadband, netflix etc.

About me: I'm a young(ish) professional, working for the NHS (mainly wfh, occasionally in the office), enjoy playing sports & hiking, spending time with friends and watching a good series.
