Large double room in Chorlton/Whalley Range Area

I’m moving out of this house later this year and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in September. The room is a large, spacious double room with plenty of storage and the house has a large garden and access to off street parking. I live with three other housemates (1f and 2m) who are all young professionals. They like to be social with regular film nights and trips to the pub but they will also respect your personal space. The house is located near excellent public transport links (5min walk to the bus stop and 15min walk to the tram). Rent is £500 and includes WiFi and a gardener who comes every two weeks. Other bills are paid for separately.
