Double Bed + Private Bathroom in Female Flatshare

Hi!

I'm moving out of my furnished double bedroom in Chorlton, which comes with its own private bathroom/shower and is available available from the end of July.

The location is amazing, sitting on the same street as loads of great bars and cafes like The Beagle, Mary and Archie's and The Font, whilst being only a 5 minute walk from the Chorlton tram stop.

Another great bonus of the flat is that it has an additional room that can be used for storage, as a place for friends to stay or as a home office (as it comes fitted with a desk). The landlord is excellent and responds to any issues typically same day.

My housemate Lily, who will be staying on in the flat, is a student nurse and is looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate.

She's very sociable and enjoy's nights out, but also works shifts when on placement, which means some weekends she needs to be in bed early for a 7 am start.

She's looking for someone who can become a friend and not just a housemate - share a bottle of Prosecco whilst watching a film or go to the pub on a Friday night sort of thing. But she's also very respectful of personal space and understands that it’s very necessary.

Lily also has an indoor cat called Peggy who will be the third housemate - she’s lazy and sleeps all day so she’s no bother at all and mainly just stays in Lily's room.
