3 bed terrace house with 2 lovely female occupants

Small double bedroom available in a 3 bed terrace house. Situated in Whalley Range, 5 minutes walk from the 86 bus, restraunts, and pubs, 10 minutes walk from the tram, and 15 minutes walk from Chorlton center. Current occupants are 2 lovely females called Dona and Rosie. They're looking for another lovely person to join the house, who is hopefully clean, tidy and respectful.

As I will be taking some of the bedroom furniture (all the drawers in the first pic), the landlords (my friends) have agreed to work with the new housemate to buy the furniture they'd most like for the space 😊
