Sociable + lovely houseshare in Chorlton!

Hey! I’m going travelling so I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for 1 month for August, and then join my housemates in signing a new contract for another year in September. All the girls are really happy in the house and are wanting to sign a contract for a third year, so they’re looking for someone to join long term!

The house is a spacious 5 bed with a garden in the centre of Chorlton. The available room is £550 rent for August (going up to £580 when the new contract is signed for September), with a shared bathroom between 4 of the girls. Bills are currently around £70 in the summer (including council tax).

It’s fully furnished, and my room comes with a double bed, two large wardrobes, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and a desk which is currently stored in the basement as I haven’t had a need for it! I currently park my car on the street and it’s very safe, and there’s space to secure bikes in the garden too.

We like to do activities as a house, go on trips and out for dinner, so the girls are definitely looking for someone social to join the group. My housemates all work 9-5 graduate jobs, so we like to keep it relatively quiet during the week and respect each other's personal space.
