Looking for a third housemate 🫶🏼

Heeey!

We’re Alice and Martha, two best mates who have lived with a lovely housemate for two years. She’s moving out around early September (exact date TBC) and we’re looking to fill her room with a slay and lush new housemate !!

Some details:

• rent is £400 excluding bills (bills are around £120 extra but fluctuate a bit depending on usage)
• the room is quite small! It used to be an office space and there’s a double bed in there but not space for much else. We stagger the rent because of this but there’s still under bed storage and a cupboard in the room!
• the rest of the house is gorgeous and we hang out there a lot and have our mates round to watch whatever is on telly (love island, strictly, drag race). We cook for each other and chat on the sofa a lot - we’re looking for someone we can get along with and hang out with too!!
• we love going out and booogying sometimes, but Alice works shifts at the weekend sometimes and Martha works a 9-5 so someone who will respect 🫡 the need for quiet sometimes late at night is key 🔑
• if you could help us with keeping our little home clean n tidy and pitch in with the big cleans that would be ideal !

Writing about ourselves is weird but we’re two mates who love a lol and a chat, love the pub and the club but also love just eating pasta on the sofa or a hangover day at home. If your Venn diagram includes Charli xcx, anton du beke and sauvvy b - you’re in !!
