Hello, Amanda and I are looking for a lovely new house mate to join us in our Chorlton home because our current housemate is moving to London.

The house:
- 15 minute walk to Morrisons in Chorlton
- Nearest tram is St Werburghs Rd
- 3 bedrooms with a huge sunny garden
- On & off street parking
- Shared living room & kitchen
- Upstairs bathroom & downstairs toilet
- We have a furry, four legged fourth housemate called Lady who is very friendly 🐈‍⬛ She belongs to Amanda but we all look after her
- Council tax band C / WiFi / gas & electric are on top of bills
- we sometimes need to pay for gardener occasionally

The room:
- The available room is on the ground floor, looks out onto the back garden
- Big windows & very bright
- Lots of space for double bed / wardrobes/ desk etc
- Unfurnished but current housemate happy to sell furniture if needed

About us:
- I (Gemma) am 29 and a landscape architect from Glasgow. I like art / nature / hiking / going out for meals etc.
- Amanda is 31, she’s a marketing manager from Manchester. She likes travel, music, festivals, charity shopping, nights out.

- We’re a combination of vegan & flexitarian
- We’re a casual, friendly household who are sociable but also like to do our own thing
- Amanda works three days a week from home and I usually do one or two
- We like to have family and friends round but we don’t host parties
