Friendly house share in chorlton

Hi!

We are Bryan, Siân, Megan and Georgie ☺️

We are looking for one person to join our houseshare as one of our flatmates is relocating.

The house is located in central Chorlton, a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop, Chorlton tram stop, plenty of shops (including Morrisons), bars and resturants.

There isn't a drive, but there is free on street parking.

There's one double bedroom available and it comes fully furnished. The house has a shared living room, two shared bathrooms, a basement and backyard. The room is big enough for a desk if you work from home.

All of the bills are split equally 5 ways and come to approximately £100-£140 per month depending on the time of year.

We have been living in the house for two to three years now (we moved in at different times, and all met on spareroom!). We are a sociable house, we enjoy doing things together (movie nights, BBQs, pub nights etc), but everyone has their own hobbies and friendship groups as well so would be looking for people who wanted a similar vibe.
