Spacious double bedroom to rent in a quirky loft apartment . It is light & airy with all mod cons, Sky TV, Wi-fi. Must be pet-lovers as I have a cat and a young dog.

Kitchen is fully-equipped, bathroom has power shower. The lounge and kitchen is open plan and I have a mezzanine with skylights throughout the apartment.

Chorlton is a vibrant suburb, close to Old Trafford, football and cricket, excellent transport links to city or airport, secured parking and close to restaurants & bars.

The space

The bedroom is large, light and airy with double windows from the ceiling to the floor. The bed is brand new double and very comfortable! There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers, beside table, larger leaf table, small table and chair. I’ve also got a double duck down duvet that’s been dry cleaned and brand new bedding if needed.

Unfortunately the washing machine is in the bedroom for rent. It was built this way.. I would be very considerate when using the washing machine but thought you should know.

Shared bathroom which is located beside the spare room to rent.

I live here myself and often work away or go to Ireland to look after my mother so you would have the place to yourself for months at a time.. When working I often work remotely. I would like someone to be respectful, tidy that loves their own space as well as liking good company too!

Bills including electric, council tax, super
fast broadband, water rates are not included. As I’m often away then whatever you use you pay for.

I am an occasional smoker but only smoke in the balconies or outside. I don’t mind a smoker but do not permit smoking in the bedrooms or apartment.
