A bright, sunny double bedroom available in a quirky, modern loft apartment in the heart of Chorlton. The apartment is light, airy, and open-plan with mezzanine levels, skylights throughout, and two balconies. Fully equipped kitchen, power shower, Sky TV, super-fast Wi-Fi, and secure parking included.

Important: This is a pet-friendly home. I live here with a cat and a young dog, so the room would suit someone who genuinely enjoys animals.

The bedroom is large and south-facing with floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk/table, and chair. Fresh bedding is available if required.

Please note: the washing machine is located in the bedroom (designed this way when built). I’m very considerate with usage, but it’s important this genuinely works for you.

Shared bathroom is next to the bedroom.

I live in the apartment and sometimes work away or travel to Ireland, so there are periods where you’ll have the place to yourself. When in Manchester, I often work from home. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and independent — happy with their own space but also open to friendly, easy-going company.

Occasional smoking is fine but only on the balconies or outside (no smoking indoors).

Bills are mostly included (water, super-fast broadband) but electricity is not! If working from home full-time, bills may increase slightly due to usage.
