Double Room in a 4 Bed House

Our lovely housemate is returning home, so we are looking for someone to take over her room in a four person house in Chorlton. We are 5 mins from Longford Park, 15 mins from Stretford tram stop, and 15 mins from Chorlton town centre.

We are a queer friendly, 2 girls, 1 boy house, who like doing things together when we can. This year we've tried out buying groceries as a house, and cooking for each other on an ad hoc basis, which we would ideally like to keep doing. Two of us are vegetarians. We do a little film club every Monday in our living room :)

Rent is £558 per month excluding bills plus £605 deposit. Available from 17/11/2024 until 26/10/2025, 11 months and a bit.
