Unfortunately I am leaving Manchester so my room in the terrace house we are renting is available. Me and my friend moved in early 2024 and it’s a great spot (really quiet with families around).
The remaining flatmate is super easy to get on with, he is a 25 year old professional working at the university of Manchester and a fantastic housemate.
The room faces the back of the house and comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and shelving.
The house has a spacious living room, kitchen and garden and is pet friendly.
Rent is £700 per month with the deposit. The deposit is listed as £700 as spare room has a limit but I believe it may be 2 months rent I will have to check with the letting agent. The room is available anytime onwards we will just need to sort out the contract with the letting agent.
