I would consider and vary the price for each applicants circumstances:

- midweek rental for work/ travel
I would love to live with someone who is of similar age and interests, and who also has a busy life. Ideally not someone working from home, as I also work from home part of the week.
I am super friendly and sociable, love to keep the flat clean and tidy, and generally very sporty so often out at run clubs and social events, or travelling abroad.
