1 room available in a beautiful victorian terrace

Hi,

Myself and my housemate Kai are looking for another person to join us in our lovely home in Chorlton.

The house is a large Victorian terrace just behind the coop near Beech road. It's super central, only a 5 minute walk to the metrolink.

About the house:
- There’s one good sized double room available.
- We have a large spacious living room.
- A lovely hosting kitchen with an island, large table, two sinks, dishwasher, microwave etc.
- There's a separate toilet and bathroom on the middle floor, and a toilet/bath/shower on the top floor.
- The house is split over 3 floors with a large basement where you can store a bike etc. if you have one.
- We have a nice garden with lights, a bbq, fire pit etc, so loads of space for summer fun.

Our current two housemates are leaving us at the end of November to head back to the big smoke, so we're looking for a new friendly person to join us (we’ve already filled one of the rooms!)

Me and Kai both have our own friends in Manchester and are out and about a lot, but we're a sociable pair so it would be nice to find someone on a similar vibe.

The room available is on the top floor. There's a shared office space that's currently used by one of our housemates who is leaving, so that would be available to anyone that moved in.

If we can find another suitable person this week (we need to move quick), we'd be signing a new lease with the landlords (we've currently been here 2 years). The landlords are nice and look after the house, and they require referencing.

Rent is £575 a month and bills come to around £125. We have the heating on a normal amount, so you won't be expected to sit in the living room with your coat on lol.
