I have a first floor double bedroom available on 22nd November (possibly sooner) in Brundretts Road, Chorlton, M21 9DA, sharing with five very friendly mid-twenties professionals (3F + 2M). It is £650 pcm including all bills.

The house is decorated to a very high standard over three floors & has large cellars for storage, 2 bathrooms, a large garden, a communal lounge & all mod cons (2 washing machines, dishwasher, 2 tumble dryers etc.) The property has fast 500Mb fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout.

We are doing viewings evenings during the week, and at the weekend Saturday and Sunday. I am looking for friendly easy-going & sociable tenants, male or female. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no fixed term and no fees.
