The room is a good sized double situated on the ground floor with all the basics included - bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. The window faces out to the back courtyard/garden and away from the main road. The house is huge with a separate living room, dining room and very big kitchen + downstairs and upstairs bathrooms.
The household consists of 3 professional females in their late 20s/early 30's. We are welcoming and friendly and have a very easy going dynamic. Everyone chips in to keep it clean and tidy as it is after all, a home! We have a really lovely balance of chilling together whilst also respecting each other's independence and busy social lives!
We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and considerate. Two of us work from home a few days a week and the other is office based.
The house is female professionals - this is the landlord’s preference.
Bills are on top and generally work out around the £100 mark in summer and £180 in winter. We are in council tax band C.
There is some parking available on side roads.
