Two double rooms available in our lovely houseshare, situated near Chorlton Green and Beech Road in a great part of Chorlton. One room is available now and one is available at the end of December!

The tram stop is just a 5-10 minute walk away and takes about 15 minutes to get into the city centre.

The house is a 5 bed, so you would be sharing with four of us: currently 2 guys and 2 girls, with one girl sadly leaving at the end of next month , all professionals around 30 yrs old. We all work hard in the week, so would like a chilled tidy housemate. However, we enjoy hanging out together in the evenings/weekends. Shared interests include: pubs, music, cooking, sports etc.

The rooms are fully furnished with wardrobes and a double bed + other storage.

The rent includes:

*weekly cleaner
*monthly window cleaner
*gardener
*Virgin Broadband (MESH wifi system) and TV

The remaining bills - Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, TV license - come to approx. £100pp each month.
