Double room available in central Chorlton

hi, I’m looking to fill a spare room from the start of January as my flatmate is moving out as she’s bought a house!

It’s a 2-bed flat in Chorlton, really good location close to the main areas/4 min walk to a bus stop and 8 min walk to Morrisons/tram stop.

The room available is a double bedroom with a shared bathroom between the 2 of us. The kitchen and living room are separate which is nice, and we have a back garden which is shared with neighbours.

you would be sharing with me, I’m a 29 year old postgrad student (MSc Speech and Language Therapy) at MMU, originally from Blackpool. I’m planning to stay on in the flat until I graduate in the summer. I’m tidy, quiet and respectful of others’ space - I like a mix of social and alone time so hoping to find someone similar :)

Ideally would like to share with another girl around a similar age. Another postgrad/mature student would be ideal as then neither of us would need to pay council tax, but professionals are welcome as well (I am happy to potentially negotiate on council tax, i. e. you pay the 50% and I would pay the 25%)

Parking: there is a driveway with one space which I currently share with our upstairs neighbour, however there is on-street parking.

Move in date would be 1st Jan 2025 though any time in the first week of January would work!
