Double room Available in Chorlton - Mid February

Hey :) I’m looking to fill a spacious double room in a 3-bed flat located just a 5-10 minute walk from Chorlton Metro. The flat is in a great spot, only a 5-minute walk from Beech Road and close to the tram stop.

The available room is a double with a shared bathroom (shared between two people). The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, with the spacious living area featuring large windows and a Juliet balcony that overlooks a shared garden.

You’d be sharing with two guys who are friends, aged 26 and 29. They’re tidy, respectful of each other’s space, and have a good balance between being social and enjoying alone time. We’re hoping to find someone similar—ideally a young professional around the same age, male or female.

Parking: There’s a driveway with two spaces, as well as lots of on-street parking.

Move-in date: Around 12th February 2025, but there’s some flexibility. Lease is until October 2025 but can be extended.
