Lovely Double Room In Chorlton

Hi there! We have a great furnished double room available on 1st March in our lovely professional house share, located just off of Beech Road (pub, coffee and takeaway utopia!)

All bills are included (council tax too) in the £575 rent which includes great WIFI and fortnightly cleaners who do the deep cleaning jobs in the communal areas… such a perk.

The room is at the front of the house with big windows, and we're on a quiet road so great if you need to work from home, and there’s a desk under the window so you can get plenty of natural light.

We’re near LOADS of local amenities including M&S, Tesco and McDonald’s (2 min walk) two tram stops (both 10-minute walks) and three parks, as well as Chorlton Ees Nature Reserve at the far end of the road which connects to the river Mersey.

There’s a bus terminal at the end of the road, so easy access to the city centre within half an hour. We connect to Beech Road as well as Barlow Moor Road with Co-Op, bars and eateries and Wilbraham Road is less than ten minutes away with a huge Morrisons, a library, charity shops and everything else you could need.

The remaining tenants are Lydia, Emma, and Crystal. Emma has been here about 6/7 years, Crystal and the leaving tenant (molly) about a year, and Lydia moved in a few months ago.

We’re all independent and have our own groups of friends, but this has always been a lovely, friendly home, so ideally we're looking to share with other professionals who will slot in with us and keep the comfy, homely vibe.

Crystal and Emma work from home some days so it's important you'd be comfortable having people in the house quite often. Our preference is for a female or non-binary housemate.
