I have a double bedroom to let in my house in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes from Chorlton.
I let two rooms in the house and one room is already occupied by a young, friendly professional. We get on well, able to respect boundaries and have good chats along the way.
The room available has a double bed, desk and a wardrobe and overlooks the garden.
There is a shared sitting room for you both.
There is plenty of off road parking. Public transport is easy with the 86 bus at the end of the road and trams are a 5 minute walk.
Although the advert says no pets, dogs of friends do occasionally visit the house, but remain downstairs.
This is a quiet, calm and friendly household. People over 30 only please.
